Who we are

We are RapJab – a New Orleans based marketing agency that changes the way organizations communicate with their audience. We believe that people connect to people, not companies; that analytics and technology are nothing without heart and humor; and consumers should be engaged, not bought. You can call us ad men, but we'd rather you didn't (advertising is what our parents think we do); we prefer problem solvers. Our mission is to create solutions with a fresh outlook and a unique approach to work around boundaries that exist due to time, budgets, and industry standards.

Our Beliefs

The foundation of everything we do rests on two main principles.

We believe in the marriage of qualitative work with quantitative results. It's not enough to have an ad with great design and snappy copy if you don't know how many people saw it. Conversely, it's not enough to have thousands of Facebook fans if the content isn't engaging. Meet us in the middle. By creating polished work with trackable results we can provide you with the highest possible return on your investment. And we can show you how we got you there.

We believe in connecting your digital marketing strategy to your face-to-face marketing strategy. You may need a new website or a social media campaign but it's important to remember that these are tools to help you reach your "real world" audience. We believe a great marketing strategy is best implemented in the hands of you, your employees, your ambassadors, and your die-hard fans. And the best place to do it is on the ground, in the field, and knee-deep in the proverbial mud. No one ever got anything done sitting behind a computer all day.
